Payment Options

You can use major credit card via PayPal for the easiest transaction (PayPal account is not necessary). If you wish to pay when you receive your item, please select Ninja Van and "Cash on delivery" for your payment option.

Credit Card You will redirect to PayPal payment transaction page after order confirmation. Choose "Checkout as a guest" if you don't have PayPal account.
PayPal If you have PayPal account, you can login to PayPal after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery Available in Singapore ONLY. Please select Cash on Delivery and you can pay directly to the delivery person. S$4.00 handling charge applicable.
Bank Transfer Please transfer within 5 days after the order confirmation. We will ship your order immediately once we confirm the payment.

  • What is Popstation?
    Popstation is a private delivery locker placed at post office, shopping mall, community centre or SRC, operated by Singapore Post.
  • Where is Popstation located exactly?
    Please see Popstation Website to find the location.
  • How can I use Popstation?
    During checkout, please choose Popstation for your shipping option, and indicate which Popstation you wish to collect at in the comment box. You will receive an order update email with tracking information. Once your parcel arrives at Popstation, you will receive an SMS and Email from Popstation with locker number and password. Now you have 5 days of collection time, please go to the Popsation, unlock with received password and collect your parcel.

  • Do I need to register an account to use Popstation?
    No. You don't need to register any account to collect at Popsation. However, please make sure that you provide correct mobile number and email address, otherwise you cannot receive a collection password.
  • How long does it take?
    It takes 2-3 working days. For example, if you place an order on Monday before 4pm, we will ship it on Monday and it will go to SingPost processing facility on Tuesday. On Wednesday, it will be delivered to the designated Popstation. Please note SingPost is closed their operation on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
  • The delivery status says "Returned parcel at POPStation by Customer". What does it mean?
    It should be said "Parcel posted at POPStation by customer". Singpost tracking system just uses inappropriate status message. It means that WE, as a sender, posted parcel at POPStation.
  • I don't have Singapore mobile number. Can I still use Popstation?
    Yes. Popstation will also send a collection password by email. Please choose "Singapore" for your shipping address during checkout, then you can choose Popstation for shipping option.
