Payment Options

You can use major credit card via PayPal for the easiest transaction (PayPal account is not necessary). If you wish to pay when you receive your item, please select Ninja Van and "Cash on delivery" for your payment option.

Credit Card You will redirect to PayPal payment transaction page after order confirmation. Choose "Checkout as a guest" if you don't have PayPal account.
PayPal If you have PayPal account, you can login to PayPal after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery Available in Singapore ONLY. Please select Cash on Delivery and you can pay directly to the delivery person. S$4.00 handling charge applicable.
Bank Transfer Please transfer within 5 days after the order confirmation. We will ship your order immediately once we confirm the payment.

  • How can I pay my order?
    You can select from Credit Card Payment (via PayPal), Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (Ninja Van only).
    If you choose Credit Card/Paypal, you will redirect to Paypal transaction page after confirming your order.
    For COD, please note that S$4.00 handling fee will be added automatically. If you select self-collection at our office and pay on pickup, there's no extra charge.

  • I'd like to change my payment method.
    Please call +65 9083 4350 or send us an email to info@lovelovenotes.com with your order number. We will try to meet your request. Our operation hour is Mon - Fri, 10:00 - 18:30 (closed on weekends and public holidays)
  • I'd like to add more items on my order. How can I pay extra?
    For additional items, you can simply make another order. In the case you need to pay shipping fee twice, we will refund one of the shipping fee you have paid. Or, let us know as soon as possible, then we can also send you a payment link to your email address via Paypal, you can make another credit card (or Paypal) payment. Or you can also pay by bank deposit. Please contact us and we will arrange the best way for you.
  • I'd like to change my order. How can you refund me when the total amount is less than I paid?
    If you paid via PayPal, we can make a partial refund via PayPal. If you have made a payment by bank deposit, we will contact to you to find a best way to refund.
  • I'd like to change my payment method.
    Please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange the new payment method for you. Please note that we need to confirm your payment before we dispatch with SingPost, Same day delivery and Ninja Van delivery (except cash on delivery).
  • I'd like to cancel my order. How can I get my refund?
    We can accept cancellation as long as it has not been dispatched. Cancellation after they're dispatched, we will ask 2-way shipping fee and refund you the balance.
