Q: How are the iroha zen and iroha stick different?

A: The iroha zen and iroha stick can both be used for vibrating pleasure. The iroha stick has a dial for gradual adjustment of vibration strength, and soft silicone at the tip. The iroha zen has a button to navigate three vibration strengths and one pulse pattern, and features the same marshmallow-like Soft-Touch Silicone as the iroha and iroha+ series.

Q: Do I need to buy batteries for the iroha zen?

A: The iroha zen runs on 2 AAA batteries (Running time: Approx. 4 Hours) A pair of tester batteries is included, to check if product functions properly at purchase.

Q: Can I use the iroha zen in the bath?

A: The iroha zen is fully waterproof up to 50cm (Approx. 19.65 inches.) Please do not expose to strong water currents or depths over 50cm. [ WARNING ]
※Use in water can expose your body to the water you are using it in. Please ensure that you are using the item in a hygienic environment.

Q: Can I wash the iroha zen with soap?

Please wash the iroha zen with cold or tepid water. If you wish to use soap, please ensure the soap is a mild, neutral soap. [ WARNING ]
※Do not remove Battery Cap when washing.
※Do not boil, place in hot water, or leave product submerged for extended periods of time. ※Do not wash with alcoholic or acidic substances, as this may lead to product deformation.

Q: Can I use the product with lubricants, lotions or oils?

A: Please only use water-based lubricants with the iroha zen.

Q: The Cap won't screw on properly. What can I do?

A: Please align the two marks, and turn the Cap clockwise to lock it in place.

A: Pressing the Power Button will cycle through the vibration modes.

Q: Are there any functional differences between the colors?

A: The colors are purely for aesthetic difference, so please choose the color you like the most!
