Payment Options

You can use major credit card via PayPal for the easiest transaction (PayPal account is not necessary). If you wish to pay when you receive your item, please select Ninja Van and "Cash on delivery" for your payment option.

Credit Card	You will redirect to PayPal payment transaction page after order confirmation. Choose "Checkout as a guest" if you don't have PayPal account.
PayPal	If you have PayPal account, you can login to PayPal after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery	Available in Singapore ONLY. Please select Cash on Delivery and you can pay directly to the delivery person. S$4.00 handling charge applicable.

How do you packed my order?
We use a plain plastic envelope (for local) and a plain box (for international) shipping.
Our plastic envelope and delivery box are completely plain and don't have our website logo nor URL address. The sender on the waybill will be stated as "ROMIS". It will be sealed as strong as possible to prevent from revealing while traveling. We apologize that it might be a little trouble when you open it.

Will the delivery company or courier know my ordered details?
Do not worry. The delivery company, freelance courier or any other third party company will never know your order details. They will collect from our office just like other offices in CBD area. Your privacy is strongly secured with us.
How much is the shipping fee?
You can enjoy FREE delivery with purchase of S$80.00 and above. (Singapore)
S$8.00 (Popstation), S$8.00 (Same day and Next day delivery), or S$3.80 (SingPost Registered mail) will be charged for orders below S$80.

Can I set the delivery time?
Yes! You can set delivery day and timing. (Subject availability) Please indicate your preferable timing in the comment box.
Please note that dispatchers cannot make the timing such as "7PM sharp". We will request accordingly however, delay might be caused due to the high traffic seasons or weather conditions.

Can you deliver to my friend's place as a gift?
Yes. Please note that cash on delivery payment is not acceptable. Please settle the payment by credit card/Paypal or bank transfer in advance.

Can you deliver to my office address?
Yes, we can. Please provide your office address in your shipping address. We will arrange the delivery in the office hour.
Can you deliver to my hotel in Singapore?
Yes, we can. Please provide hotel address and room number (if you know) in your shipping address. We will arrange the delivery to hotel reception to delivery your room.
Do I have any trouble if I ship a sex toy to Malaysia?
From our experience, to ship sex toys to Malaysia, we have never had a trouble such as confiscation. We will declare it as "Plastic toys" or "Novelty", and pack your order as discreet as possible. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. We will not be responsible for any taxes, duty, confiscations and any other further additional charges that may be implemented by the laws & regulations of destination country.
Do I have any trouble if I ship a sex toy to Indonesia?
To ship sex toys to Indonesia, please note that we will remove all the original packaging (cosmetic box, bag, etc.), and re-pack the items with bubble wrapper. The shipment will be declared as "Stationery" or "Novelty". The Manuals will be sent separately. This way the parcel will go through the Indonesian customs more easily. However, please also understand that there's always a risk of confiscation at the customs. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. We will not be responsible for any taxes, duty, confiscations and any other further additional charges that may be implemented by the laws & regulations of destination country.
