Payment Options

You can use major credit card via PayPal for the easiest transaction (PayPal account is not necessary). If you wish to pay when you receive your item, please select Ninja Van and "Cash on delivery" for your payment option.

Credit Card You will redirect to PayPal payment transaction page after order confirmation. Choose "Checkout as a guest" if you don't have PayPal account.
PayPal If you have PayPal account, you can login to PayPal after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery Available in Singapore ONLY. Please select Cash on Delivery and you can pay directly to the delivery person. S$4.00 handling charge applicable.
Bank Transfer Please transfer within 5 days after the order confirmation. We will ship your order immediately once we confirm the payment.

  • Can I come to your office and buy there?
    Yes. You're welcome to visit our office. However, we're afraid our office doesn't have any showroom and we don't keep any products.

    You can pick up your order from our collection point @ City Hall (250 North Bridge Road Raffles City Tower 14rd floor 9:00 - 18:00 weekdays only) after you made order from our online shop.

    Please choose "Self-Collection @ City Hall", and you can choose payment method either "PayPal" or "Pay by Cash" at the collection point. (For cash payment, please note that we don't have card device at the collection point. Please bring enough cash!)

  • When can I receive my order?
    If you order before 23:59, you may request "SAME DAY DELIVERY" (Subject to availability) or you may choose "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" (Available delivery slot) delivery available weekend and public holiday.

    If you choose SELF-COLLECTION @ CITY HALL COLLECTION POINT, you may come to collect anytime during collection time after receive notification from us(09:00 - 18:00 weekdays).

    If you choose SELF-COLLECTION @POPSTATION, you will receive a notification via SMS/Email from POPStation when your parcel arrives at POPStation.Please see Collect @ PopStation
  • Do I need to be a member to order?
    No. Upon ordering, you're basically checking out as a guest but by ticking 'Create an account for later use', you can also register your account. Once you register membership, you can enjoy the member's benefit. Please read Membership for more details.
  • Can I use my pen name?

    Technically yes. However, it might be more convenient for you to use your actual name in case of delivery failure or other unexpecting occasions. In the case the item could not reach to you because of incorrect name or phone number, we will charge another shipping fee for extra two-way trip.

  • I'd like to add more items on my order.
    Yes. You're welcome to add more !

    We can include the additional items to your previous order if your order has not been dispatched.
    Please note that we can only ship the products after we confirm the additional payment except cash on delivery is your payment option.
  • I'd like to change my ordered item.
    We accept changes as long as your order has not been dispatched.
    Please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange additional payment or refund.
  • I don't want to deliver to my home...
    No problem. You can collect your order at Popstation , City Hall collection point and hand delivery to any place in Singapore (Special request)

    If you wish to self-collect at Popstation, Please choose "Self-Collection @ Popstaion" for your shipping method, and indicate Popstation location you wish to use in the comment box. Please see Collect @ PopStation

    If you wish to self-collect at our collection point, please chose 'Self-Collection @ City Hall' (Pay on pickup (Cash only) is available).

    If you wish to receive by hand delivery to any place in Singapore, please write your shipping address when you order.
  • How can I check my order status?
    After confirming your order, you will receive an 'auto-send order confirmation email' to your registered email address.

    After that we will send an update email when your order is dispatched with necessary information such as tracking number.

    If you are a registered customer (member), you can also see your order status under 'My Accout' after login.
  • Why I don't receive my confirmation email?
    Please check your junk mail box/spam mail box to ensure that you receive all notification email from us .

    Once your order is submitted, our website shows your order number. In the same time, an auto-send confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. However, automatic sending emails tend to be considered as a "junk mail". Please check your junk mail box and move it to your mail box.
  • I'd like to cancel my order.
    We can accept cancellation as long as it's not yet dispatched. Cancellation after the parcel is dispatched, we will ask you 2-way shipping fee.
