All the products are packed by our own hands and we can make the most attentive care for each order. The products are packed with a bubble sheet or packing papers and place firmly in the delivery box protecting from slide or damage while traveling.
Each order will be packed as no one can find the content including our courier service.
For international shipping, the description on your waybill will be "Home decorations", "Accessories" or "Stationary" . If you have any preferable description, please state in the comment box during the checkout.
For local packing, we use simple poly envelop with tightly sealed, and will be write your name, delivery address, mobile phone and special request (if any). It completely plain and don't have our website logo nor URL address.
If you don't want your family to open the parcel, we suggest to chose "Self-pickup". This way, you can pick up your order directly from our pickup point at Dhoby Ghaut or Raffles area, or any Popstation (Pick Own Parcel Station) by SingPost island wide.
For international shipping, we use simple delivery box. The sender on the waybill will be stated as "ROMIS" and It will be sealed as strong as possible to prevent from revealing while traveling. We apologize that it might be a little trouble when you open it.
Please note that we do not enclose your invoice or receipt in the parcel. This is to protect your personal information from leaking out to the 3rd party in case of unexpected situation or human error. Please keep our order confirmation email which is automatically send to your registered email address when the order is completed. (Please check your junk mailbox just in case it doesn't reach to your inbox)
