■ Collect @POPStation 24/7

POPStation (Pick Own Parcel Station) is a delivery locker provided by Singapore Post, which located over 150 locations in Singapore and accessible 24/7!

You can choose your convenient location and collect 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week (some POPStation have operation hours). Once it's arrived to your chosen POPStation, you will be notified by SMS/E-mail from POPStation.

Shop online with us and select POPStation for shipping method. Please tell us a POPstation location as your preferred delivery address and choose the one most convenient for you in a comment box during checkout.

2. Receive Notification

You will receive a SMS and Email notification once the parcel is delivered to your POPStation and you can pop down to collect it anytime at your own convenience. It's free and it's secure. Also you will be able to track your parcel from a tracing number. (We drop your parcel at our convenience POPStation, and it collected and delivery to your chosen POPStation by SingPost)

3. Collect your parcel

Go to your chosen POPStation to collect your parcel.

Select "Collect My Parcel” at your chosen POPStation. Then key in collection PIN or Scan QR code, and then enter the Locker number. The door will automatically open! You can collect your parcel now.

*Note: You will have 5 days from the time you receive the sms/email notification or the Delivery Advice to collect your parcel from the designated POPStation. If you fail to collect your parcel within 5 days of receiving a notification, your parcel will be sent to the post office at Paya Lebar.

Self-Pickup @ Collection point

You're welcome to choose a pickup self collection point from Raffles Area (133 Cecil Street), Woodleigh MRT and any MRT station (Upon request, $80 above only). Payment on pickup by Cash, PayNow, PayLah! are available.

Please note, we can only keep your order for one week after we inform you. If you don't receive any emails from us, please check your junk mail box, otherwise, email or SMS us

■ Self-Pickup @ Raffles Area

Available: Friday 8:30am - 5pm (Let us know the collection time)

Main Lobby of Keck Seng Tower (No security registration required)

Once you reach to 5th floor, please open the wooden door and look for "White Notes SG Pte Ltd". Staff from the collecting point will be attended to you as pressing the doorbell. Please tell your name and collect your parcel.

Please prepare enough cash for your payment or use PayNow / PayLah! as there's no credit card/NETs device available.

Tips: No registration required at the lobby. No required to show ID. We outsource to the third party for self-collecting operation. Your parcel is completely sealed and the staff will not know it comes from lovelovenotes.com.

■ Self-Pickup by Car (Park and Pickup)

If you pickup by car, it is easy to access to the collecting point from 133 Cecil Street, Keck Seng Tower car park, which entrance is located at the side of the building (enter only from Cecil Street). Please go up to 5th storey and look for the wooden door, you will see the collecting point right after you enter it.

■ SingPost Registered Mail

All registered mail will be delivered to the your letterbox instead of delivery to doorstep. You will receive a SMS notification from SingPost once the parcel is delivered to your letterbox. In the event the parcel cannot fit into the letterbox, SingPost will deliver to doorstep.

We will switch from mail delivery to courier delivery if the parcel exceed standard mail size.

Online Credit Card Payment	You can use major credit card via paypal for the easiest transaction. Website will redirect to Paypal transaction page once you confirm your order. (See how to order) The name of payment request company via PayPal will be "Romis" and it won't show any shop name. lovelovenotes.com.
Paypal	You can pay via PayPal without having an account, just choose "PayPal Guest Checkout" or "Pay without a PayPal account". If you have paypal account, you can login to paypal after confirming your order. The name of payment request company via PayPal will be "Romis", and it won't show any shop name. Cash on Delivery	Available in Singapore ONLY. Cash on Delivery will deliver your order and you can directly pay to the courier when you receive the goods. Please note that only cash payment will be accepted. COD Handling Charge: S$2.00 You can directly pay to delivery person by Cash or scan SGQR code upon request. COD is only available for ordered customer. Please note that in the case nobody receive the goods, the order will be canceled.
Bank Transfer	Please transfer your order amount within 5 days. Item(s) will be shipped after we confirm your payment. We will email you our bank account information upon receipt of the order PayNow / PayLah! (Fund transfer) You can make payment with QR Code or UEN! Return and Replacement

We're taking great care of our product quality and condition as well as our delivery operation however, in the case you receive an 'incorrect product from your order' or 'defective item', please contact us within 7 days after you receive the product. We will accept the return and replacement in conditions below.

1. The product has not been opened or used. (taken out of its plastic wrap or box)

2. The product is in its original condition without any missing part. (including packaging)
