Payment Options

You can use major credit card via PayPal for the easiest transaction (PayPal account is not necessary). If you wish to pay when you receive your item, please select Ninja Van and "Cash on delivery" for your payment option.

Credit Card You will redirect to PayPal payment transaction page after order confirmation. Choose "Checkout as a guest" if you don't have PayPal account.
PayPal If you have PayPal account, you can login to PayPal after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery Available in Singapore ONLY. Please select Cash on Delivery and you can pay directly to the delivery person. S$4.00 handling charge applicable.
Bank Transfer Please transfer within 5 days after the order confirmation. We will ship your order immediately once we confirm the payment.

How to Order

STEP 1. Find a product

Browse love love notes by navigation bar on top or certain troubles or using the search field. Add items you like to your shopping cart as you go along. You may change the quantity or remove any item at any point by clicking on "MY CART".

STEP 2. Checkout

After your shopping is done, you can proceed to checkout your items. You will choose either "Checkout as Guest" or "Register". If you choose "Checkout as Guest", our system won't record your customer information. If you choose "Register", you can enjoy our member's privileges. If you are already a member, please login with your registered email address and password.

STEP 2. Shipping and Billing Address

Please type in all the necessary information. Please double check your address is wholly described. (ex. Unit number, number of block, etc.) In the case you need to modify the address, choose "New Address" from the dropdown menu.

STEP 3. Shipping Method

You can choose either Standard Delivery or Self Collection. (read shipping details) For the purchase above S$80.00, you can enjoy the free shipping! If you would like to receive in certain timing, please choose delivery date and note in the comment box. For self collection, please note your pickup time in the comment box.

STEP 4. Payment Method

You can choose form Credit Card/PayPal payment, bank transfer or Cash on Delivery (+S$2.00 handling fee). (read payment information) Please note that you will redirect to PayPal transaction page after you place the order.
If you select "Self Collection @ 133 Cecil Street", you can select "Pay on Pickup" alternatively. (There's no extra charge)

STEP 5. Order Confirmation

Ensure that all order information is correct and click "Place Order".
If you selected "Credit Card/Paypal" payment, you will redirect to PayPal's transaction page as below.

Once you redirect to PayPal payment platform, you can choose either "PayPal" or "Credit Card". Click "Don't have a PayPal account?" and show the credit card information input window.

Your credit card information will be secured by PayPal, and we're not going to keep any information from there.

STEP 6. Your order has been processed!

Once the order is success, you can see your order number and the link that you can print out your order details. Also, you will receive an order confirmation email from our sales department. If you don't see this page or you don't receive any email, your order could be failed. If you are a member, please go to "My Account" and check your order history. Alternatively, please contact us for assistance.
